Nikita Craft

Nikita Craft is an Office Manager at BBB’s DC office. She has an extensive administrative and management background in the legal field, where she has worked for almost 20 years alongside attorneys, partners, and principals in the private sector. At BBB, Nikita builds and supports the daily operations of the office. She takes pride in building strong relationships within the team and with clients, ensuring that everyone feels supported and valued. Outside of her professional life, Nikita is dedicated to her family and community, where she actively participates as a basketball coach and team mom. Nikita joined BBB in 2024.
